This is a contract between indemnitor and the bail agent. This contract will include the required legal forms pursuant to the local judicial branches. In addition, the indemnitor agreement will include all contact information for the indemnitor, bail bond information including bond amount, court date, charges, and fees for the bond and court location. This agreement will also include any conditions of the bond, collateral and signatures of those involved.
